Trader Agreement
Read and accept the terms before choosing your plan. This only takes a moment.
1. Nature of the Evaluation
CryptoProp operates a simulated trading evaluation. All trading is conducted in a simulated environment using real market data. No real funds are traded during the challenge phase. Payouts are discretionary performance-based payments made by CryptoProp to successful traders.
2. Risk Rules
You must not exceed a 2% daily drawdown from your day's starting equity, or a 5% trailing drawdown from your peak equity at any time. Breaching either rule will result in immediate challenge failure.
3. Position Limits
Maximum position size per asset is 10% of your starting account capital. Spot trading only — no leverage, no perpetuals.
4. Profit Target
You must reach the profit target for your plan while respecting all risk rules and minimum trading day requirements. Consistency rules apply — no single day may account for an excessive portion of total profits.
5. Payouts
Upon reaching funded status, you may request payouts. Payout amounts are subject to a weekly cap and profit split. CryptoProp retains a portion of profits as per your plan. Payouts are made at CryptoProp's discretion and are not guaranteed.
6. Fees
A 0.1% fee is applied to all trades to simulate realistic execution costs. The evaluation fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Account Behaviour
Accounts found to be engaged in exploitative strategies, API abuse, or any form of manipulation will be terminated without refund. CryptoProp reserves the right to close any account at its discretion.
8. Acknowledgement
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the evaluation and agree to trade within them.
