Effective Date: 2026  •  CryptoProp LLC  •  Indiana, United States

1. Introduction

This Risk Disclosure Statement is provided by CryptoProp LLC ("CryptoProp", "Company", "we", "our"). It is intended to inform users of the risks associated with participating in simulated trading evaluations offered through the CryptoProp platform.

By using the CryptoProp platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this document.

2. Simulated Trading Environment

CryptoProp operates a simulated trading environment designed to evaluate trading skill. All trading activity on the platform is conducted in a simulated environment and does not involve real financial markets or the execution of real trades.

Simulated trading may differ significantly from real-world trading conditions. Factors such as order execution, liquidity, pricing, latency, and market conditions may not reflect actual market behavior.

3. No Investment Services

CryptoProp does not provide investment services, brokerage services, asset management, or financial advisory services.

Users do not deposit funds for the purpose of trading financial instruments. Payments made to CryptoProp are fees for access to a simulated trading evaluation service.

Participation in the CryptoProp platform does not represent an investment opportunity.

4. No Guarantee of Profit

CryptoProp makes no guarantees regarding profitability or financial success.

Performance in a simulated trading environment does not guarantee future performance in real financial markets. Users should not assume that strategies used within the simulation will produce similar results in real trading environments.

5. Market Risk

Financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable. Even experienced traders may experience substantial losses when trading real financial instruments.

The simulated environment provided by CryptoProp cannot fully replicate the risks, stress, and conditions present in live financial markets.

6. Execution Differences

The simulated trading system may include features designed to approximate real-world trading conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Simulated slippage
  • Order execution delays
  • Pricing differences
  • Liquidity limitations

These mechanisms are intended to create a realistic evaluation environment but may not exactly reflect real market conditions.

7. Platform and Technical Risks

Use of the CryptoProp platform involves technological systems that may be subject to:

  • Software errors
  • Network interruptions
  • System outages
  • Data inaccuracies
  • Delayed or interrupted market data

CryptoProp does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

8. Psychological and Behavioral Risks

Trading—whether simulated or real—can involve emotional and psychological pressures that may affect decision-making. Users should be aware that trading behavior influenced by stress, overconfidence, or emotional reactions may lead to poor performance.

9. Evaluation Rules

Users participating in challenge programs must comply with platform rules including drawdown limits, trading requirements, and consistency rules.

Failure to comply with evaluation rules may result in:

  • Challenge failure
  • Account reset
  • Termination of participation

10. Payouts and Eligibility

Eligibility for payouts from simulated funded accounts is subject to platform rules, verification procedures, and internal review processes.

CryptoProp reserves the right to deny payouts in cases of:

  • Rule violations
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • System abuse
  • Manipulation of the simulated environment

11. Independent Decision Making

Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and actions taken within the platform. CryptoProp does not provide trading advice or recommendations.

12. Acknowledgment of Risk

By using the CryptoProp platform, users acknowledge that:

  • They understand the risks associated with trading and trading simulations
  • They are responsible for their own decisions
  • They understand that simulated performance is not indicative of real trading performance

13. Policy Updates

CryptoProp reserves the right to update this Risk Disclosure at any time. Updated versions will be published on the CryptoProp website.
