Payout Policy
1. Overview
This Payout Policy describes the rules and procedures governing profit payouts from simulated funded accounts on the CryptoProp platform. By participating in the CryptoProp challenge program and requesting payouts, users agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Nature of Payouts
CryptoProp provides a simulated trading evaluation platform. Any payouts issued by CryptoProp are discretionary payments made at the sole discretion of the Company based on simulated trading performance and compliance with platform rules. Payouts do not represent investment returns, brokerage profits, or management of client funds.
3. Eligibility for Payouts
To become eligible for payouts, users must:
- Successfully complete all challenge evaluation steps
- Maintain compliance with all trading rules
- Complete required identity verification (KYC)
- Satisfy the minimum profit buffer requirement
4. Profit Split
The profit split applies to eligible profits generated within the simulated funded account.
5. Profit Buffer Requirement
Before requesting payouts, the account must reach a minimum profit buffer of 8% of the starting account balance.
Example: $100,000 account → $8,000 profit buffer required before payout eligibility.
6. Daily Profit Cap for Payout Eligibility
To promote consistent trading behavior, the amount of profit that counts toward payout eligibility from any single trading day is limited to 4% of account balance. Profits above this level may still exist in the account balance but may not count toward payout eligibility calculations.
7. Consistency Rule
CryptoProp enforces a consistency rule designed to prevent excessive reliance on a single trading day. Maximum profit from a single day may not exceed 40% of total accumulated profits. If a single trading day exceeds this threshold, additional trading activity may be required before a payout becomes eligible.
8. Minimum Trading Days
- Step 1 minimum trading days: 5
- Step 2 minimum trading days: 7
Funded accounts may also require a minimum number of active trading days prior to payout requests.
9. Payout Request Review
All payout requests are subject to internal review by CryptoProp. The review process may include verification of account compliance, review of trading activity, confirmation of identity verification, and detection of system abuse or manipulation. CryptoProp reserves the right to delay, deny, or adjust payouts if irregular or abusive activity is detected.
10. Verification Requirements
Prior to issuing any payout, CryptoProp may require identity verification including government-issued identification, proof of address, selfie or biometric verification, and additional documentation as necessary. Failure to complete verification may result in delayed or denied payouts.
11. Prohibited Trading Behavior
Certain trading behaviors may invalidate payout eligibility, including but not limited to:
- Exploiting system errors
- Coordinated multi-account trading
- Arbitrage against simulated pricing
- Automated strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics
- Manipulation of execution systems
12. Payment Methods
Approved payouts may be issued via bank transfer, digital payment providers, or other payment methods determined by CryptoProp. Payment methods may change at the discretion of the Company.
13. Processing Time
Payout requests may take a reasonable period to review and process depending on verification status, payout volume, and payment provider processing times. CryptoProp does not guarantee immediate payout processing.
14. Taxes and Financial Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations associated with payouts received from CryptoProp. CryptoProp does not provide tax advice.
15. Right to Modify or Deny Payouts
CryptoProp reserves the right to modify, delay, or deny any payout request if trading rules were violated, platform abuse is suspected, fraudulent activity is detected, or identity verification cannot be completed. The Company's determination regarding payout eligibility shall be final.
16. Policy Updates
CryptoProp reserves the right to modify this Payout Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
